Côte d’Ivoire shines a bright light on the Cashew Nuts Industry in Florida

The Annual Convention of Food Industries

The Association of Food Industries has organized its annual convention in Fort Lauderdale in Florida on April 28,29, 30th 2022.

The gathering has witnessed a memorable appearance of an Ivorian delegation including H.E Inza Camara, Consul General of Côte d’Ivoire in New York, Delegate General of the Economic Promotion Service of Côte d’Ivoire in the United States, Canada and Mexico, H.E Ibrahima Toure, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Côte d’Ivoire to the United States of America and Doctor Ibrahima Coulibaly, General Manager of the Cotton and Cashew Nuts Council.

The Ivorian delegation aimed to promote investment in the cashew nuts industry.

On the second day of the event, Côte d’Ivoire showcased the attractiveness of the Cashew nuts industry with a presentation of the company Ivory Cashew Nuts.

On the other hand, the delegation has met several American companies to discuss future partnerships to process Cashew Nuts in Côte d’Ivoire and to broaden commercial ties with American importers.

The Economic Promotion Service of Côte d’Ivoire in the United States, Canada and Mexico is planning to organize the annual convention of The Association of food industries in 2024.
